Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are shipped using standard, overland 5-day delivery schedules. We use the United States Post Office (Priority) or United Parcel Service (UPS) under most circumstances.
UPS Overnight or UPS 2-nd Day shipments may be made by special request. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request.
All International orders are shipped Air Mail.
If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please call our Company or send us e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.
Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)

Returns & Replacements

Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to our Company via a return shipment no later than 60 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds may be provided for opened products only if the purchased item is defective and returned to our Company via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. 

Ordering

Add the items you are interested in to cart, using the ‘Add to Cart’ button. When you are ready to complete your purchase, view your shopping cart. It is possible to review the title, quantity, and price of each item you are about to order. For estimating your shipping and tax fees, fill the Country and Zip/Postal code fields, then press the ’Get a Quote’ button. Different shipment options and prices will be displayed. Select your preferred shipment method and select ‘Update Total’. Select proceed to checkout.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon packing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. You will receive an E-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged.

State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home State. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. If you have a question about sales tax, please contact the store via e-mail, phone or at your next visit.

Viewing Orders

When you are logged in to your account, view info about your orders using this link or finding "My Orders" page on your account menu. 

Alternatively it is possible to track your orders without logging in to your account. Click this link, or find it at the bottom of each page and fill in your order ID, last name, postal code or email address. 

Updating Account Information

Information such as email address, password, shipping address, billing address, newsletter subscription, and more can be edited under your account section. An edit button is located in every editable field.
